TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All content belongs to Paul Bonadio unless otherwise specified.

A ceremony is only locked in once the deposit is paid. Should the ceremony be moved - and Paul Bonadio is still available to officiate the ceremony - a movement fee applies. 

Unless specified otherwise, deposits will not be refunded.

If the wedding is moved or cancelled due to corona restrictions not enabling more than 50 guests, the deposit will not be refunded.

Should the ceremony be moved and Paul Bonadio is unable to attend, the deposit will be lost. The deposit will not be refunded.

Should the ceremony be cancelled the deposit will be lost. The deposit will not be refunded.

The term 'moved' includes a change of time, even on the same day.

If the bride or groom is more than 45 minutes late on the day of the ceremony, Paul Bonadio reserves the right to leave the ceremony.

The bride / groom / partner should go to all extent to ensure there is an indoor option should poor weather occur. The bride / groom / partner can be liable to any damage to equipment. 

Regarding rehearsals, there is a charge of one dollar per extra kilomtere following one hour of travel.

If the script or legal documentation has been completed for your ceremony, there will be no refunds (unless discussed prior).
